Rained-Out Day At The Festival

If you were planning to attend the Fall Festival and a “Rained Out” day has been announced, we’re sorry the rain dampened your plans. We hope you’re able to visit on a day when the weather cooperates!

If you had already purchased Fall Festival tickets for your visit and the festival is rained out, please log in and request a refund for your original tickets. If you plan to visit on a different date, you’ll purchase new tickets for that date. Because capacity is limited and tickets are specific to the date selected, tickets are not transferrable to other dates.

If you had a group visit planned for a Rained-Out Day at the Festival, then please contact us immediately to re-schedule your group reservation or call (703) 830-4121.

If together we are unable to re-schedule your group, we will refund your full deposit and any group payments you have made.
