To report any problems, questions or concerns about your Cox Farms purchase within 10 calendar days by
emailing [email protected]
To abide by all specific terms and conditions printed on the corresponding voucher for online purchases.
To abide by all Cox Farms policies, including rules prohibiting pets, recreational drugs, alcohol, and weapons.

Cox Farms agrees:

To address any problems, questions or concerns raised by the purchaser via email (as per point 1 above) within 10 calendar days of receiving that email notification.
To honor the Cox Farms Guarantee: “If you’re unhappy with anything you buy at Cox Farms, We offer you replacement or refund. (Proof of purchase required)”
