Cowabunga, dudes! Getting to the top of the Cowabunga Slide is almost as much fun as sliding down. Today's gray skies kept the crowds at bay, so visitors are enjoying the Fall Festival experience minus the crowds and the lines. The Fall Festival is open until 6 p.m. (last entry 5 p.m.) so come join the fun! [IMAGE 1: Under the Cowabunga Slide is a deep sea adventure! Is the ticket portion of your website down? We have tried to use it on multiple devices, and it's not working.
How do I get a refund? I used your online process and got an email back saying my tickets were redeemed, when in fact they were not because the event didn’t happen.
