Corner Market Opening April 24, 2026!
Family-owned and operated since 1972, the Cox Farms Fall Festival is the largest and most popular seasonal event in the Washington, D.C. area.
We’re all animal lovers here at Cox Farms, and we know you are too. Grab a sneak peek of the animals you can expect to see during your visit.
Northern Virginia has been our home since our farm’s founding in 1972, which is why we’ve established local initiatives and partnerships to give back to our ever-growing community.

Come play at the Corner Market! We're now open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. [IMAGE: Everybody loves bubbles! A youngster enjoys a bubble machine, while others frolic. A beautiful red geranium basket is in the foreground and the Big Yellow Chair is in the background. Please note that this photo is from a simpler time back when our bubble machines were button-activated. Because automation is everywhere and patience is a virtue, our current models are on timers. The buttons do not work, but the bubbles still appear!] ... See MoreSee Less

No need to wait for the weekend; the festival market is open daily, so you can stock up on all your favorite fall essentials now! The market is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily through Sunday, November 9. We'll stay open through Fields of Fear (at least 11 p.m.) on Friday and Saturday night. Once we close up on Sunday evening, you'll have to wait until the spring for kettle corn, donuts, and other treats! Is our 12 lb sweet rescue pup allowed at this part? Cox Farms VA I know I the other parts I read, no but just thought I'd check before we leave to come check this out sans crowds 🙂
When did you build this one? I've never seen a gambrel roof with posts and beam supporting the apex. It's quite spacious. 😀
