No need to wait for the weekend; the festival market is open daily, so you can stock up on all your favorite fall essentials now! The market is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily through Sunday, November 9. We'll stay open through Fields of Fear (at least 11 p.m.) on Friday and Saturday night. Once we close up on Sunday evening, you'll have to wait until the spring for kettle corn, donuts, and other treats! Is our 12 lb sweet rescue pup allowed at this part? Cox Farms VA I know I the other parts I read, no but just thought I'd check before we leave to come check this out sans crowds 🙂
When did you build this one? I've never seen a gambrel roof with posts and beam supporting the apex. It's quite spacious. 😀
The nursery at Farm Chores is hoppin' these days! The only thing cuter than a baby goat hopping is a bunch of baby goats hopping around together. There are only a few more opportunities to admire these cuties! The Fall Festival is open today (Tue 11/4), and then we'll be open this Saturday and Sunday. ... See MoreSee Less

So tiny and adorable!!
Don't be filled with sadness, it's almost time for Pumpkin Madness! This year we have TWO weekends of pumpkin destruction: Nov 1-2 and Nov 8-9. We'll be dropping pumpkins from the high lift, hurling them into the pond with the trebuchet, squishing them with tractors, impaling them on spikes, tossing them at targets, bowling with them, and roasting seeds! Fall Festival hours change for November, so the last entry is 4 p.m. and the festival closes at 5 p.m. Tickets are limited and only available online. [IMAGE 1: Our pumpkin-catapulting trebuchet, which lives in a field near the alien spaceship on the hayride route. It will be hurling pumpkins into the pond every 30 minutes from 10:45 to 4:15, November 1, 2, 8, and 9.IMAGE 2: Several pumpkins dropped simultaneously all crash into the platform at once, with chunks and guts spewing everywhere upon impact. The Pumpkin Drop is a main attraction during Pumpkin Madness. Pumpkins of all shapes and sizes are dropped from our high lift, 60 feet up. They smash into the platform, sending a delightful spray of pumpkin guts onto spectators. It's okay, only the rotten ones smell bad. Pumpkin Drop will be every 30 minutes 10:30 to 3:30.] ...
